So I want to add something about the RK's "The Colonies Are Ready" focus, notable for me for being extremely awesome. It gives cores on every territory you own, no exceptions. Pretty cool, but the thing is as an RK most of your starting territory has cores and your poor military capabilities means conquering other countries to core is near-impossible.
Thing is, where does that belong in the trope category? Awesome, but Impractical? Cool, but Inefficent? Difficult, but Awesome?
