Excuse me, but why does an article on KGB and GRU and FSB is named "Moscow Centre"?

Because Moscow Centre is a colloquial name for Russians for, well, Moscow's centre — a large core "borough" consisting of several districts, roughly encompassed by Sadovoe Koltso (Garden Ring). This name holds an important meaning because Centre (or ZAO, Central Administrative okrug, or area) is home for main Russian administrative, military, diplomatic and business institutions.

I don't know, maybe it doesn't really belong to TV Tropes (though it's remarkable how centralized are all kinds of power in Russia), but I think KGB definitely deserves it's own page.
