I have always felt like Delta takes a lot of damage very easily during the beginning of the game, but that's mostly during the starter levels
Have you never before supped upon Pined Cone?

Hey. Reading this page, I took particular notice to this line from What Could Have Been: "Speaking of armor, originally Delta was going to be a *lot* more durable, on the level of other Big Daddies. The idea was that individual splicers would be like flies, but become a threat in swarms. In the final product, Delta is just as squishy as Jack, if not more so."
As someone who's always had this complaint with 2 (that the protagonist Big Daddy is as durable as the guy wearing nothing but a sweater and slacks from 1), I'd like to investigate this further, but this line has no source/links attached and this is the first time I've heard it. Can someone give me a source on it, or at least further leads/evidence/etc?
