Where would this go, possibly "Those Two Guys and THOSE Two Guys?"

The first animated Batman was part of "The Batman/Superman Hour" for Filmation in September 14, 1968 to January 4, 1969. The Dynamic Duo were played by Olan Soule and Casey Kasem. These segments were later repackaged as "Batman with Robin the Boy Wonder" a.k.a. "The Adventures of Batman."

When Batman and Robin joined Hanna Barbera in 1972, it was part of "The New Scooby Doo movies" for two hour-long episodes, "The Dynamic Scooby Doo Affair" and "The Caped Crusader Caper." They were voiced again by Olan Soule and Casey Kasem (who was also Shaggy) respectively.

The following year Batman and Robin would be part of the Super Friends franchise, and while Kasem would voice Robin during the entire franchise, it is worth noting that Soule would hand the role of Batman in 1984 to Adam West.

It would be because of "The New Adventures of Batman" from February 5, 1977 until May 21, 1977 that Adam West and Burt Ward would reprise the roles they made famous in the sixties, and this, coupled with "Superman: The Movie" coming in 1978 and "The New Adventures of Wonder Woman" at the same time brought "The All-New Superfriends Hour," where Soule and Kasem came back as Batman and Robin.

Meanwhile Filmation would reuse "The New Adventures of Batman" for three series: "The Batman/Tarzan Adventure Hour," "Tarzan and the Super 7" (both for CBS) and "Batman and the Super 7" (when this was moved to NBC; Tarzan was bundled with The Lone Ranger from 1980 to 1982, and in 1981 Zorro joined them for the 1981-1982 season). So while there were no new episodes since 1977, West and Ward got recognized as Batman and Robin on CBS (while Soule and Kasem had the same roles on ABC).

As mentioned, it wouldn't be until "Super Friends: The Legendary Super Powers Show" in 1984 that Soule would take the role of Professor Martin Stein, the mentor to Ronnie Raymond (Mark L. Taylor), with whom he'd merge to form the new character for the show, "Firestorm" (Taylor also voiced Firestorm). At this point, Adam West played Batman until the franchise ended in 1986.
