I tried digging up what I could find on this rather obscure little Italian RPG, but the only reference I've been able to find on the game itself (as opposed to countless pages on the RPG-7 weapon, which annoyed me big time) was this entry in the Italian section of the John H. Kim RPG Encyclopedia on Darkshire.net:

Ammo
1st ed by Mirko Caruccio, Piero Cioni, Barbara Chies (1992) Editore Planetario
An Italian-language modern-day/sci-fi action RPG, inspired by manga comics such as "Ghost in the Shell" and "Gundam."

Perhaps someone whose Google Fu is stronger than mine can expand on this info.
