I will try the algorithm on Dragon Ball later. Goku and Vegeta have a lot to analyze through...
Brook is already dead, kinda. He is a cursed skeleton, maybe with unfinished business with his pet Whale. Maybe immortal. The algorithm could not predict that immortality, but yeah, he is an undead, if he gets his curse sorted there won't be anything holding his soul to his skeleton (maybe??? Does the Lore mention anything?).
Franky was as good as dead when he dared to face the Straw Hat Pirates, but then he decided to join them, that basically saved him. All he needs to keep alive is the Sunny and a supply of Soda.
