I recently watched episode 3 of season 3 again on Netflix, and noticed that throughout the episode, the English CC subtitles had sex offender Terence Corran's name down as "Dennis Cochrane", with everyone saying Terence Corran, until late in the episode, when a news anchor says his name is Dennis Cochrane.
He's listed in the credits of the episode as Terence Corran, and on the fandom wiki, he's instead named as Dennis Cochrane.
