Re cut request: This page has 537 inbounds.
And there is no evidence at all that "just about everyone else agrees that it should be cut.".
Nor has any cut reason been submitted beyond "It was only put up by an overzealous Henry fan", which is a) unsupported and b) not, by itself, a sufficient cut reason when there aren't other problems, especially on just for fun pages like this.

There was some conversation here, but there does not seem to be consensus.

I may not have played Awakening yet, but I don't see any reason to cut this page either.

97 inbounds should not be cut on the grounds that a character is "minor". There is no such thing as notability!
Edited by 216.99.32.43 Hide / Show RepliesExactly. I fail to understand what people think is being accomplished by "cleaning up" a minor character like Henry when he provides amusement in his own right and otherwise provides a multitude of inbounds. Do not cut under the grounds of Henry being "minor", please.
Here, have some slightly unclean and not very tasty cookies.Further argument from the Fire Emblem: Awakening characters' discussion page:
"My main counterargument is that There Is No Such Thing As Notability. It seriously doesn't matter if he's a minor character. Doesn't matter if you think he deserves a self-demonstration page or not. The fact is that someone took up the time to write one for him to provide amusement for others and promote links to certain tropes and the Fire Emblem series. I fail to see the crime in that.
Furthermore, characters like Wheatley, who is a character in only one game, and the large assortment of comic book characters who have only a few appearances, have their own pages as well. If we're holding this rule for one character, then it should be held for them all, otherwise a double-standard is created. That's going to be a mess to cutlist all of them without plenty of backdraft, so the obvious choice becomes either letting them all be or starting biased deletion."

There is no such thing as notablity1" I checked the inbounds; the vast majority of them come from two topics on popular Fire Emblem fora, and variant URLs of the same topics that TV Tropes counts as separate inbounds.
"Do not cut under the grounds of Henry being "minor", please." Then what of the grounds of this entire page being pointless? What purpose does this page serve that his entry on the Awakening character page couldn't?
"I fail to see the crime in that." I fail to see the point in it.
"Furthermore, characters like Wheatley, who is a character in only one game," I wasn't even aware Wheatley had a self-demonstrating page. They're both pointless, yes, but both pages being pointless doesn't make this one less so.
"the large assortment of comic book characters who have only a few appearances" Like? The only self-demonstrating pages for comic book characters I've seen have appeared a ton of times.
"If we're holding this rule for one character, then it should be held for them all, otherwise a double-standard is created." Well if we're going to delete them all, we might as well start with this one, since it sparked it all in the first place.
"That's going to be a mess to cutlist all of them without plenty of backdraft, so the obvious choice becomes either letting them all be or starting biased deletion." So you suggest that if Henry is cutlisted, they should all be, but then you decide "Nah let's just not because backdraft" so you can keep the pretense of bias. Nice.
Hey, if you think it is pointless, don't read it. I think Wild Mass Guessing pages are pointless but I don't go around cutlisting them.
Please tell me which TV Tropes rule this is violating. Or please point me to a Trope Repair Shop, Special Projects, or Wiki Talk thread where a collective decision was made, validated by the mods, to cutlist stuff like this.

Wait I changed my mind on this, has too much inbound links to even consider cutting it.
