Hottips are, theoretically, being phased out in favour of the [[note]] and [[lablenote]] markups. This sandbox lists pages which have hottips that need to be converted, but it's out of date and the initiative never really got going.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.
What exactly is this for? I sense no purpose in this page.
