Ok so I checked the history for Sly Cooper and the CM listings there are so old, numerous (ie; more than Clockwerk and Neyla), and overall badly written that on second consideration they may not even be worth listing.

Worth adding or no?
Weren't Clockwerk & Neyla from Sly Cooper considered C Ms at one point? Unless I'm remembering incorrectly then shouldn't they be added to this list?
