My opinion only, but I hope it helps, giving you some pointers.
There shouldn't be any issue nor stepping in any toes if you start a similar RP. As far as I undestand, we have already spawned a snowclone anyway. One thing though — the forums might have a Creative Commons by-sa license, meaning that if you intend to derive on this work or base off from it, you'd probably need to credit us (via a pothole, I'd guess).
I don't know if that license applies to the forum, since the footer says "wiki", but I'm stating it here just in case it was part of your concern.
