Are the notes really necessary? So far, we have two. One is on the "Venom of the Red Lotus" episode, and one is on the episode whose title has yet to be announced (Book 4 Chapter 13). The first one points out that it is the 100th episode of an Avatar series. The second points out that it is the series finale. So, seriously, why are they there?

In regards to the second, I think it would be obvious that it is the series finale, since obviously, nothing is listed afterwards on the page. Book 4 Chapter 13 is the last entry on the Recap page, so obviously, it's the last chapter. The note is completely irrelevant. Not to mention that the show might get Uncanceled and then it WON'T be the finale. (Unlikely, given how Nick has been treating the show lately, but still possible.) Also worth noting is that, to my knowledge, no other Recap page on all of TV Tropes labels its finale. This even includes Korra's prequel show (Avatar: The Last Airbender).

As for the first one, what does the "100th episode" have to do with anything? There was absolutely nothing in the episode itself that related to the number 100 at all, so it's likely that the creators just see 100 as just a number, and thus, it isn't any more relevant than saying that "A New Spiritual Age" is the 83rd episode. Furthermore, depending on how you look at it, it might NOT be the 100th episode. It's the 100th chapter, sure, but remember that The Guru/Crossroads of Destiny were aired together as one episode. Same with The Serpent's Pass/The Drill, and The Boy In The Iceberg/The Avatar Returns, and about half of Korra Book 3. But, even if we were to acknowledge it as the 100th chapter, it's TECHNICALLY not the 100th chapter of The Legend of Korra. It's the 100th chapter of the Avatar universe, if you count only Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. But, why would you count only those two? There's still a lot more content that takes place in the Avatar-verse, such as the "Republic City Hustle" shorts, the "Escape from the Spirit World" game, the "The Promise", "The Search", and "The Rift" comics, all of the lesser known comics, and the live-action film. ("It's bad" is not a valid reason for saying that it doesn't count in the numeric system.)

It seems like these notes are serving absolutely no purpose, so yeah, I'm deleting them. If you want to add them back in, feel free to do so, but do explain why you are doing it, because it really seems like it doesn't serve any real purpose.

Eh, I don't think they are necessary either, but deletion-worthy? Honestly not sure.
