As they all aired together with the Mutant Wasteland title card, it looks like the latter will be the ideal option.
I recently got a PM that spoilers are NOT to be put in the recap pages. Anyway, I got rid of the spoilers for the season 1 and 4 episodes. Could someone take care of seasons 2 and 3?
How do I add an episode to an index? It isn't as clear as on something like Mickey Mouse (2013).

I tried to create an article for The Lonely Mutation of Baxter Stockman because the episode has aired and I have seen it, but the article never saves.
I have attempted to create the article TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles2012S2E16TheLonelyMutationOfBaxterStockman three times, but it never saves what I type and still says that we don't have an article!
So, should we give three separate pages to the "Raphael: Mutant Wasteland" series finale episodes, or put all three in one page like "When Worlds Collide?"
