I didn't want to edit war over it or anything, but I'm pretty sure that Mike's robot is just a Microsoft text-to-speech generator saying "de-stroy", rather than destruct. Edit: Maybe not Microsoft, based on when the episode came out (1994)? Not sure if they had anything before Microsoft Sam. Possibly an Amiga? A lot of the early ones did sound somewhat similar.
