I remember Romana from the classic Tom Baker days - especially the irritation that this rather soppy female had taken over as assistant from the drop-dead sexy barbarian princess Layla. But who's the woman in the yellow dress and red collar in the other picture? The script does very briefly include a Time Lady criminal called Lady Scintilla. Is it her?

Nope, that's Romana again. Or rather, Lord President Romana, as she appeared in the Flash animation produced to accompany the Eighth Doctor audio remount of this story. (It had to account for, amongst other things, the fact that in the continuity previously presented in Big Finish audio stories, Romana had returned from E-Space and become Lord President of Gallifrey.)

I'm a bit confused as to why all the novelisation tropes have been removed, but the Big Finish ones haven't? Surely if one adaptation isn't relevant, neither of them are? (Personally, I think they both are, but that's just me.)
