Is printing the entirety of Paul's monologue Fair Use?

I haven't ever seen A Chorus Line, but it seems like the speech is a key part and maybe part of the "reason" you might watch the show. This makes it less likely to be fair use (see the last sentence of the second paragraph here). The monologue is likely about a thousand words long (this tool placed it at 1186, but may well have counted ellipses and dashes), which also makes it less likely to be fair use. The fact that we currently have the whole thing rather than an excerpt makes it even less likely to be fair use.

If it was a comic, it would be several whole pages; we aren't allowed one full page. If it was a book, it would be over the guideline of 300-500 words; that isn't a hard and fast rule, but it's often followed.

Is having all of it against copyright? Is there anyone on here who I can ask about that? If it isn't fair use to have the whole thing, is there a specific paragraph that's "most important" that we could keep?

There's been no reply for a long time. I've removed the whole thing as a violation of copyright. It's preserved in the edit history; if someone wants to choose a few sentences that are key and just have those, that's okay.
