Should we split this into two pages to reflect that there are two versions of Queensryche? They're basically two different bands at this point.

I think it depends on how much longer there will be two Queensryches. If it's settled in January, when Wikipedia says the court date has been postponed to, it'd be premature to split the page only a month before that, since we'd have to change it back if there were only one Queensryche from then on.
I'm in favour of waiting a month to see what happens. If it hasn't been settled by the end of January, split it then.
Somebody keeps editing the page and listing Chris De Garmo as a "rhythm guitarist." That seems a little strange to me. Chris played lead just as much as Michael did when he was in the band, including playing lead on many of the band's biggest hits ("Eyes of a Stranger," "Jet City Woman," and "Silent Lucidity" all come to mind). You look at how it's split up on their first five albums, it becomes evident. Honestly, it seems a little foolish to split the guitarists into "lead" and "rhythm" in a band like this.
