Getting Crap Past the Radar: The song "Kafir" has an atheistic play on the Muslim prayer

Is this a legit instance of Getting Crap Past The Radar? Nile is a death metal band that gets away with lyrics about gruesome death and etc. In this case I don't think there's a Radar at all.

They are an underground death metal band. Censorship wouldn't matter in that case and pretty much every Death Metal band does this.
