Is this a No Real Life Examples trope? Fairly recently my former employer started using the "kaizen" business model. It's usually explained as "A Japanese business philosophy based on continuous improvement at all levels of production", but as far as I can tell, in Japan it literally just means "improvement". It's just something people aim for, not a business model.

I read a novel long ago of which all I remember is this line: “The name of this planet, Phra Viharn, means ‘earth gift’ in [the language we are now speaking].” I'd put it in but I've forgotten the title. (Unfortunately Phra Viharn appears to be the name of a real temple or something in Cambodia.)

Could someone please make the descriptions lowest paragraph a bit more readable? Currently it is a wall of text, and I'm too tired to decipher it.
