What is this trope, exactly? There's no laconic definition, and the main article itself is extremely vague and presumptuous. A "big tree" is not exactly much of a trope, but the article treats it as something specific and iconic without actually explaining what the hell it is.

The world is a tree, or is held up by a tree. Very old idea, very symbolic roots and branches, etc..
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.
