Should there be a question mark at the end of the trope name? The previous trope, {{Who Needs their Whole Body?}} has one.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Monty Python's Flying Circus featured regular appearances by various near-identical characters all surnamed Gumby who were so stupid that their brains positively got in the way. Their oft-repeated catchphrase was: "My brain hurts!", and on one occasion, a Gumby was heard to cry: "Ooooh, I've got a piece of brain lodged in my skull!" One Gumby went to see a brain specialist, also a Gumby, because his brain hurt. The verdict? "It'll have to come out! All the bits of it!" He then began operating on the patient with a saw.
A later episode features an aristocrat so stupid that, as his assistant and minder explains, the slightest careless movement may dislodge his tiny brain and cause it to rattle around inside his skull. This of course happens, resulting in her having to jerk his head in various directions, remarking that it's like one of those puzzles where you have to get the little silver ball into the hole. While his brain is dislodged, he is unable to continue with his very dull prepared speech, and can only say over and over again: "I'm a good little doggie."
Would it be okay to add in a new section for this page? A section along the lines of "Comatose" as in people who are in a mindless vegetable state are basically as still as statues.
