Perhaps it'd be less bad if it were broadened to refer generally to the act of welcoming another character to a bad situation, no matter what words are used, rather than specifically doing this by saying the words 'Welcome to hell'.
This is honestly the most repetitive TV Tropes page I have ever come across. It's as bad as listing every single time a character says "You talkin' to me?" or "Here's Johnny!" The front page states that tropes should not be dull, uninteresting, or clichéd, and this page is a clear violation of that statement.
