If the trope description says "it still shows up in fiction", and it does in fact still show up in fiction, how can it be a Forgotten Trope?

Probably someone misusing the term. I'd remove it.

At the beginning of an episode of Samurai Jack, Aku makes a call that practically makes it sound like he is ordering a pizza. even ends the call with him saying "30 minutes or it's free?"
Even though it's revealed to not be pizza he ordered, would it still count for this trope?
