Some details that could go in the main. I don't want to add them unless it's ok, but:
Often seen at the end of first act....after the ragtag team is assembled, trained, and has a blowout / party, then they assemble in their uniforms and (power walk) to indicate that they're ready for their mission. —- Also; It's not usually in slow motion, it's usually in semi-slow motion.
Seen in almost all action movies from the 80s and 90s.

I remember a moment like this in one of the Scary Movie's, when the heroes walk like this in awesome slow-mo and then suddenly comeone passes by at normal speed, because the heroes are just slow. But I don't remember which movie that was, so if someone knows, please, you might add.
