The page is empty, though there's content in the source. Is it normal?
My work is here. Current main fic: Tengen Toppa Gurren Solvernia Hide / Show RepliesNo, it's a display error. Fixed with a null edit.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I guess a real life section would be too much flamebait, but I can't help thinking people who do things like characterize Osama Bin Laden's death as "armed men invading a private house and murdering a defenseless old man" belong here. Thoughts?
Hide / Show RepliesI wouldn't call them stupidly good, I'd just call them stupid without capacity for critical thinking, logic, intelligence beyond momentary gut feelings, and the will to take five minutes to get even the most basic of facts on the subject. Or just immature trolls who think they're really clever because they've amazingly demonstrated how the US is just like Osama Bin Laden but doesn't realize it. Stupid people full of confidence indeed.
Cutting out "Most real-life conflicts are merely differences in opinion, where both parties can (theoretically) reach a compromise." It isn't true. Some conflicts are like this. Not most.

I think the Stratholme example is too lacking in nuance.
Arthas' decision is still considered controversial and heavily debated among the fans. This is especially damning because the page post is so absolute (ie there 'likely isn't' a cure, and Jaina 'should know') ... about a phenomenon the world had never seen before, concerning a sort of magic that was rare and obscure at the time?
This is also the first time I've ever heard Arthas' response painted as disgust at Uther's 'stupidity'. I've never heard his 'disbanding' of the paladins - something he had no actual right to do, not being king - cited by his defenders before, just his critics.
If there was a YMMV page, I'd put it there. Since there isn't, I'd suggest the post should be edited. I don't have enough facts to do it myself (haven't read the Arthas novel for instance) but IMO at worst, this might go into Honor Before Reason. Certainly not Stupid Good.
