Resurrection Immortality in humans in real life.

There was a funny cutscene in Super Meat Boy where he is repeatedly shot by Dr. Fetus and reappears each time. His repeated death is also alluded to in the cutscene in Hell where there are tons of dead Meat Boys. Apparently the respawning during gameplay goes under "Spawn Point".

Shouldn't the Night Angel Trilogy be included in this? It's a book series by Brent weeks, the main character (Kylar Stern) becomes immortal at the end of the first book. He can still die but gets resurrected after a couple of days by his magical artifact sucking some magic/life force around the place and repairing him.
