A lot of people aren't familiar with Pokemon (or, like myself, may have stopped playing after earlier generations). So you'll have to explain what those abilities do and why they're relevant.
Slaking isnt the only pokemon with an ability that holds it back, but Truant is the only one directly tied to mental competence. Would abilities like Archeops' Defeatist and Regigigas' Slow Start qualify?
