Is the trope namer even an example of this trope? The DC comics Phantom Zone is a Prison Dimension. The DCU has no masquerade so people think nothing of battling in public aside from heroes trying to move fights outside of cities to stop civilians getting hurt.

This Troper hasn't taken a geometry class for a long time, and doesn't know the context that the picture came from, but he is almost absolutely certain that it's a parallelagram, not a trapezoid.
There's mention if "Hurling a big bad in". Would this just not be Prison Dimension?
