The Ethos sure reads more like a scam religion than a Path Of Inspiration. Anyone got a good reason why all the Xeno Gears examples should not be moved?
That's why he wants you to have the money. Not so you can buy 14 Cadillacs but so you can help build up the wastes

What does the name have to do with the trope at all?

Apparently, the Trope Namer is a religion in the tabletop game Eberron. But the name "Path of Inspiration" sounds like it ought to describe a non-deistic but nevertheless mystical philosophical path.
Perhaps another name would be better...like "Bait-and-Switch Religion" or something.

So, is the Eberron campaign setting the trope namer, or is it just a weird coincidence?

Never mind, just saw the entry. Shouldn't it be in the description, though?
