I wanted to add another Czech example, but I am not sure it's a good one:
- Much less romantic are Mr. and Mrs. Stodola, a couple of robbers and serial murderers. After they were both sentenced to life in jail, they got divorced...

No such thing as a "bad" examples. Just lose the ellipses and make sure it's its own bulleted point and not a sub-point.
See you in the discussion pages.

The line between this and Unholy Matrimony looks rather blurry to me—there's a lot of overlap in the examples. It seems as if Unholy Matrimony is just The Same But More (or Bonnie And Clyde is The Same But Less). Can we come up with a clear distinction, or should the articles be merged?

- Leopold and Loeb tried, but they failed. Very, very badly.
How are Leopold and Loeb an example? They're a pair of (male) students who conspired to commit a "perfect crime" (and were sentenced to life in jail). Long live Marxism-Lennonism!
