They don't really serve anything together on a page unless you want gushing about how original some things are. This is abysmal because these creatures are already recorded elsewhere for taking up some other trope and the page can fall into Tropes Are Not Bad.
There's also no link in how they are different. It's any deviation anywhere and what we find is that actually we have slight deviations or subversions of other tropes turning up. The Day The Earth Stood Still example for instance is a subversion of another trope. This should be noted on that trope page. We study tropes and we find moments of originality by comparison to the tropes and we point out changes on the trope page.
All this page has done is shown up how the person who put the example there couldn't find the relevant trope. Nearly everything on it is a case of some particular trope being described and then declared as one of a kind.
