Ths is somewhat of an unreliable trope. Even thought the Unfortunate Implications remain intact, most people do not know that asexuality is an actual sexual orientation (and instead it is not uncommon for people to use "asexual" to mean "celibate" or "sexually abstinent" in the different sense), so many characters are propably not *intended* to be *actually* asexual.

Unless the story makes a distinction between the two, however, there's no way for us to know for sure.

Yeah, and especially if one of the reasons they're Evil is because "they're not able to love," even if the writers didn't mean to make the villain aro ace... they basically already DID.

Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself.

Are we sure Jafar can be classified as an asexual villain? When Jasmine kisses him to distract him, he seems pretty "into" the thing. Oooh, wait, I just noticed it's meant to be the live action. My bad.
