I think it's going to require constant cleanup, as people link to it without realizing it's a misspelling (since "Nicholas" is a common way to spell that name), so I'd say no. Plus, even as a joke, it would need to be in the correct namespace. And then we'd have to argue about whether that namespace should be Just for Fun/ or Creator/. (The former is the proper place for joke pages, but unless it's in the latter, it would ruin the joke.)
