Calm down.
Why would it magically appear in the page? It gives you a link to the picture. It doesn't populate it into the page, that would be completely nonsensical and counter productive and run the risk of ruining pages every time someone wants to upload an image to the site.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I know this is from over a year ago, but I'm having the same problem, too. I've been trying to upload an image to the page I created for the Webcomic "He's Harmless, I Swear!", but it's not working? Is there a method or something that I'm missing? Oh, and it also won't let me edit the quote/caption. Here's◊ the picture I've been trying to use, by the way:
Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out.
Edited by PrincessMiyuSo I see the upload button when editing an existing trope page. But where can I find it while editing a trope page that has yet to be launched?
I'm not seeing the media uploader anywhere. Was it deleted in the latest patch?
Hide / Show RepliesThis is my question too. The page says "It's accessed when editing pages by clicking "Upload Image" on the bar above the page source" but I'm not seeing any such option anywhere.
If you click edit page, you'll find Upload Image where the edit button was.
I'm a Known Troper, so why can't I use the media uploader? I'm editing a Character page and would like to post pictures of said characters.
My life was nothing until your your sweet presence breathed the breath of love into my soul.
THIS DOESN'T WORK! I submit the picture, can't edit the caption, and the picture just doesn't appear on the work page when I press "done"
Garbage.
