- Pretty much every Power Rangers' Big Bad and Mook fit under this trope.
First: Bottom of the page. Second: I've seen enough Power Rangers to know that this is inaccurate. Some of the villains are funny. Most of the major villains (down to Rita, at least in the early Mighty Morphin' days) weren't particularly entertaining, and the grunts were... well, generic grunts in every incarnation I've seen. Basically, though it has potential — I've heard great things about Dai Shi — this entry wants a lot more detail.
Hide / Show RepliesI haven't seen the series in years, but if I remember correctly nearly all the old villains were at least partially comical, at least in the original series and a couple ones after. I don't know about nowadays. I'd put it back, though, with a bit of alteration.

I've noticed a lot of villains that have witty personalities yet aren't actually classified as Laughably Evil. Why is this?
