May occasionally occur with neck cracks instead of knuckle cracks.

I am wondering if anyone has included/would include any instances of characters in fiction (i.e., ordinary people in real-life stories) cracking their joints to loosen them up at random times? Or how about people cracking different joints when they wake up? You know, after someone's joints have filled up with synovial fluid and started cramping up while they were sleeping? How about someone having a conversation with someone/visiting with someone and having to randomly crack their neck, knuckles, wrists, spine, knees, ankles, or take their shoe off and crack the knuckles of their toes? What amazes me, and seems a little off, is that I have run across this in a lot of print/text novels, but not very often in comics or TV shows/movies. The only thing I saw that was closest to this was in the comic book "Castle Waiting" by Linda Medley, where her main character/protagonist Lady Jain wakes up in the morning, stretches her arms in the air and flexes her toes and they go "KRACK!" I also noticed, though I could be wrong, that there is not a section/folder for examples in comics or comic books.

Should cracking your neck be included on this page, or do we already have one for that? If the former we should alter the intro text to include it, otherwise a link to the neck cracking page would be useful.

Films - live action - Blood Sport -&- Enter The Dragon - martial art master Bolo shows off a Qi-gong like technique - in which he "pops-out" any cramped musculature to "undo" being hurt — a stretching recovery from any just-taken hit causing damage (usually to show that the hit[s] was palpable, but thusly, mightily shrugged-off)- this usually done mid-battle, or shortly before a finishing rejoinder, natch' . . . — in Bloodsport, he also coordinated the act with further aggressions, as a Lightning-Bruiser surge . . . (always liked Bolo's emotive demo of this gimmick best - as impressive and instructive, though of course Bruce Lee used it too - and many, many action stars since)

— BTW - this specific version is perhap a slightly different trope [so long a common kung-fu & dramatic martial-art- characture or scene- element] and may be covered more specificly elsewhere — If you know where / what it is, Do Tell, thanx . . .
