Having noticed three entries for various Soviet-Russian agency rivalries, I think we should start splitting the Real Life subfolders. Maybe a whole subpage?

I'm positive that the U.S. Constitution says nothing about which service can fly what, as in 1787 when it was written, there were no flying machines. And there have been no amendments since then adding that in, either.
