To be honest, no. That sounds like it would be Just a Face and a Caption - the image has to illustrate the whole trope, and what you propose seems like it would rely on out-of-image material.

Michael Wincott, who has played a few villains, has a raspy voice as one of his stock tools as an actor. If a picture was made as a collage of his several villainous characters, would that suffice as an image for the trope?
