I think it does, as long as it's not just a normal Helicopter Shot (landscape filmed using a helicopter).
Does the scene from 'Battlestar Galactica: The Plan' count, where we follow a nuclear missile from a ship in space down to a planet as it breaks up into multiple warheads and then detonates?
