I am removing the following for breaking the Examples Are Not Arguable rule:

• Kagome and Kikyo from Inuyasha arguably qualify for this trope, as they augment their arrows with spiritual energy, greatly increasing the physical damage dealt and allowing them to effectively battle opponents invulnerable to purely physical attacks. Sacred arrows radiate a visible pink energy-aura, which grows as the power and control of the Miko (priestess) does. They are used to destroy youkai (demons), to seal youkai into an unending sleep as was done to Inu Yasha by Kikyo at the start of the series but was undone by her reincarnation, Kagome, purify people or objects tainted by darkness, or break spiritual barriers. These attacks require an actual bow and arrow, but their spiritual energy "ammo" is otherwise unlimited.

Also, since they require an actual bow and arrows they don't really count as an example anyway.
