Are we only counting digital head swaps? Some of the examples were done with other techniques. For instance, Aphex Twin's Windowlicker was done with rubber masks, not any kind of post effect.

Also, I'm pretty sure Jack and Jill was traditional split screen techniques with Adam Sandler providing both the head and body for both Jack and Jill.

This trope definitely needs a lot of clarification and reworking - I've sorted the examples, but the definition is somewhat muddled.

Seems to be a non-example. The trope is making one actors head appear to be another's. This is an actual swap.

  • Done physically in Mars Attacks. One main character had her head grafted to a dog's body (and vice versa).
