What is the difference between this trope and Deity of Human Origin?

My understanding, at least, is that the Deity of Human Origin is for deities or cosmic entities that were originally human, or at least mortal.

The Deity of Mortal Creation trope is for deities that were created by mortals, but that doesn't necessarily mean they were originally mortal themselves.
