The first "Agents Dating" scenario is the same as either Fake-out Makeout (short term) or Undercover as Lovers (longer term) and this trope should only apply to the second.

You'll have to post that in the Trope Repair Shop. And I am dubious - I can think of scenarios where only this trope applies.
