Affably Evil: As before, Yoru Sulfur affects a pleasantly bland personality whether he's very subtly threatening people with the wrath of Bayaz or ripping people's limbs off.
During the original trilogy, Sulfur seemed like a friendly Enigmatic Minion, but after the reveal at the end, in all of his subsequent appearances, Sulfur's "friendliness" is almost always used as a way of needling and threatening people who know Bayaz's true nature to at least some degree.
And honestly, he's a lot worse during the Age of Madness trilogy, since he starts Eating pretty openly and therefore also starts needling/threatening people who know he's a super-powered cannibal. Which incidentally is different from how every other Eater seems ashamed of what they are.
Sulfur is also shown as dropping his friendliness when things don't go his way.
I removed this example:
Sulfur is Faux Affably Evil and not Affably Evil, since he's not really friendly or nice in a "genuine" way.
