According to The Other Wiki, St. George and the Dragon is a Medieval Christian legend that predates The Faerie Queene.

Title conflict. It happens. If you want to write up a page for the legend, we'll have to introduce additional identifiers, for example Saint George and the Dragon (Legend) or Saint George and the Dragon (Hodges).

Though as long as nobody wants to launch a page for the legend, there's no need to do something.

Let's just say and leave it at that.
