as something of a stopgap solution. We've reviewed Spring, and we don't know if it would work out for what we had in mind, that is to say, something of a Total War-ish gameplay. Nevertheless, we appreciate your suggestion.

Um....hey, Lambda. This is Neko, borrowing someone's account since I don't have my own. Uh, I got on here to go to the site, for the first time since that last post back in summer....yeah.
Um, I guess I should clarify the circumstances behind that. I actually got fired from that job I was so happy about....the very next day. Um. So I had to relocate again, back home. And then I was depressed, and I mean in a clinical sense, and spent the rest of the summer trying to get out of that and find another job. That didn't happen. Then I went back to school, and last semester was....well, I'm now on academic probation. Not that it was necessarily a bad semester, on the whole; but it was....non-conducive to positive mental health on my part, apparently.
So....I'm sorry. If you see this, just know that, at least. I feel like I let you down big time. Maybe none of this, the project apparently being abandoned and all, is my fault, maybe I'm being arrogant by acting like it is, maybe I shouldn't be using this spot for a somewhat private communication. But this is kinda the only way I have right now. I'll be checking the links. Hopefully I'll be able to get in touch under more favorable circumstances soon.

Don't bug yourself too much on it, Neko. It's not your fault. I've also fallen on hard times as well, involving a possible court battle (unrelated to my online life). As you can see, the site itself is down, and has been going through some complicated... issues as of late. Suffice to say, I'm trying to recover the database, which itself should still be intact, see if I can bring it back up in a different form in the future. The project itself is in something of a limbo (thanks to the site downage), and it'll be something of a struggle to get it back up. Especially since all my money is going out, rather than coming in. However once I recover the info from the databases, with a little bit of hard work, we'll probably be able to get something back up on other, more stable (if temporary) venues, until the site itself can be restored.
I hope you see this soon, indeed I hope you see this, considering it's been almost a month since you posted it. I'll be crossing my fingers. But just reply to the FB page. We'll try to regroup from there.

The web site(s) appear to be in a state of non-functioning flux. Also, I wonder if the non-programmer author has heard of Spring? Free RTS engine and quite good.
