Both the novels do mention the Diogenes Club by name (conspicuously, but not only, in the epilogues/flash-forwards). And of course the original novella was published in Mysteries of the Diogenes Club, which is why the examples from the novella were on this page before the first novel was published (which led to the novels being linked from this page, and so on).
That said, I think you're probably right. The connection to the Diogenes Club series didn't end up being as significant as the novella suggested it might be, and Angels of Music is a good comparison for a book that is linked to the Diogenes Club but not really part of the Diogenes Club Series as such.
I'm not sure the Drearcliff books belong on this page. They're set in the Diogenes Club universe, yes, but they don't star Diogenes Club members, and I'm not even sure they mention the club by name. I'd say they're as connected as Angels of Music, but maybe I'm forgetting something.
