You're not at all. Her voice seems to gradually grow higher as the series progresses: by Eternal Diva, the one word she says is quite high, though her voice might have just been breaking from nervousness of the situation. The pitch of her "Curious Village" voice suits her the best, in my opinion.
Am I the only one that thinks Flora's voice was higher in game 3?
