In the final issue of Kick-Ass 2, when Kick-Ass and The Motherfucker are talking about the murders of each other's fathers, Kick-Ass mentions to The Motherfucker about him raping his girlfriend. The Motherfucker tells him that Katie wasn't his girlfriend and how he stalked her and all that stuff.
What gets me is this: How would Chris know about Dave stalking Katie? Katie would have been too traumatized to tell The Motherfucker about Dave stalking her after being raped. She was also in a state of trauma after seeing her dad get shot in the head right before her very eyes. I really don't understand that part at the beginning of the final issue. After The Motherfucker did her, he had his henchmen go to work on her as well.
