For the person who deleted the page for South Park, I firmly believe that the Tolerance Camp warden qualifies.

I think right now it’s time to give some of the shows mentioned her their own hate sink pages because these shows have so many examples that take up a huge chunk of the western animation pages. I want American Dad, Family Guy, Rick & Morty, And South Park to have their own hate sink pages so can someone do that please?

Is Cartman really an example? His evil acts are so over-the-top ridiculous that it's difficult to really hate him for them. I usually see a Hate Sink as a character who is not only a bad person, but fails to be likeable even in a Love to Hate way.

I think Mr Garrison from South Park is now a hate sink and should be an example on this list. I noticed that ever since he got elected president of the United States in the show, the creators have made him more despicable and loathsome in an obvious attemp to make him a parody of Donald Trump. Garrison has raped the Canadian president to death and also raped members of his cabinet. He also intentionally made Tweaks fears of North Korea worse and detonated a nuclear bomb over Toronto, which killed over a million Canadians. He also has a 0 percent approval rating in universe.
